Longevity Fitness Club and Spa not only offers a beautiful facility to work out in, but also has 2 of the most caring owners I have ever met. My life along with so many other lives have been so amazingly changed thanks to the love and dedication from Bonnie and Steve. They are 2 of the most selfless and caring people I have ever known! The very best gym--Steve is exceptional--He literally "brought me back to life".Feels as though twenty years were removed from me. My flexibility,muscle tone and stamina have all gone UP. The staff at Longevity are nothing short of amazing. They really are "The Transformers" as said in their team name for Relay for Life. I have been a member of Longevity Fitness Club & Spa for 10+ years! Bonnie & Steve Pfiester have really made Longevity somewhere you WANT to go everyday. Most people don't like the gym atmosphere or dread having to work out... but they make it fun and upbeat! I look forward to leaving work and heading to the gym each evening. They offer a variety of classes, trainers, and many other extras. And the Boot Camp program ROCKS! I can't forget about the staff - they are super friendly and helpful!
