LONGEVITY CHRISTMAS PARTY - Over 300 members, employees and friends came out for the most fantastic Christmas Party Longevity has ever had. Guests enjoyed great entertainment by Tom & Julianne and exquisite food by Elizabeth Kennedy Catering Co. Members traded their sweats and t-shirts in for lovely cocktail dresses and high heels for the special occasion. Many men like Rhett Palmer, who normally can't roam the club freely (ladies only!!) enjoyed seeing what all the ladies of Vero have been talking about. The party filled the entire club with tables set up in the Yoga studio, aerobics room, weight floor and even in the cardio loft area upstairs. Cameras were left out for members to capture the night.

FUNDRAISER

2005 HURRICANE RELIEF FASHION SHOW at Longevity fitness club & spa to support the American Red Cross. Sunday, December 18th from 5:00pm. Guests enjoyed the "Mardi Gras at the beach" theme and fashions from Kitty Kitty Boutique, Estilo Boutique, The Petite Shop, Deep Six Dive, New Blood Skate Shop and Tootsies Salon. Bob from Cellar to Sellar served wine and Elizabeth Kennedy donated hors d'oeuvres for the event. Tickets were $20 or $10 for students and raffle tickets were sold to benefit Hurricane Katrina and Wilma victims through the American Red Cross.

SHIP-SHAPE CLUB MEETINGS

hints for those on a journey to better health. Join Ruth, our very own

success story at 104 pounds lighter, as she discusses discusses a

variety of topics, weight loss media and offers support and

encouragement.

Steve Pfiester, kickboxing instructor and club operator, wakes the campers up and by telling a few corny jokes and teaching a 6:30am warm-up for the early birds scheduled to walk for the Relay For Life for the American Cancer Society at Vero Beach Highschool.
