STEP

Aerobics Instructors Traci Hill and Megan Hedin lead a highly effective, high-energy, fat-melting step class is sure to whip any butt in shape. They use the step to take the heart rate up and firm the glutes and legs for a workout you won't want to miss. ZUMBA!

It's time to say goodbye to old boring classes and hello to Zumba! If you love to dance then Zumba will be your new favorite class! ZUMBA is one of the industry's newest aerobics classes, using a fusion of Latin and International music and dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system!

SEATED SENIOR CLASSES

Longevity offers seated exercise classes and low-impact aerobics just for our seniors or members with physical limitations. Seated classes offer women a safe workout with minimal risk of injury. Seated classes combine strengthening, flexibility and range of motion exercises while being seated or standing using the chair for balance.

Join one of Longevity's yoga or pilates classes that's sure to tone your body and improve your health. Longevity offers a separate Yoga Studio complete with plants, tranquil decor, candlelight and relaxing fountain. Core and Abs Classes

If you have wanted to learn how to work your abs properly or use proper form while lifting weights or doing lunges - THIS is your class.
