Coed Basic Training at Longevity Max
Introducing, Basic Training at the Max! It's what everyone has been waiting for. Many boot campers have requested to have boot camp style workouts outside of our 4 and 6-week program. Well, you asked for it and now you've got it!!
Longevity Max has designed a schedule to fit both 4 & 6-week Boot Campers AND boot campers in maintenance. All the classes are open classes to anyone who wants to come. You can pay per class, buy a package of 3-50 classes or get unlimited monthly access. It's your choice!
The class schedule is unique as it offers a variety of times everyday to come in and train, however the entire program runs on the same training program so no matter what time of day you train, you train the same body part as everyone else on that given day.
MONDAYS: Cardio & Arms TUESDAYS: Butt & Legs WEDNESDAYS: Chest & Abs THURSDAYS: Back & Shoulders FRIDAYS: Basic Training SAT/SUN: Basic Training
Custom Classes: Minimum participants: 5 people. Minimum commitment: 4 weeks, with 2-5 training times a week. See Bonnie for more information. Availability is based on the trainer requested and their availability.
