Silver & Fit
An American Specialty Health (ASH) program. Simply bring your insurance card to get started. Then contact your insurance company and let them know you are enrolling with us. They will send you a letter and a Silver & Fit Card to present to us. This program reimburses you $3 per visit/$30 per month. There is no cost to the member for American Specialty Health programs.
