Q&A

 

Q: "I am overweight and out of shape. Will I be able to do this program?"
A: YES!!  You DO NOT have to be fit - you have to just WANT to be fit. It's our job to get you in good shape, all we ask is for you to SHOW UP and give YOUR best. We've had participants up to 100lbs overweight and from the age of 14 to 74!

 

Q: "What if I can't do certain exercises?"
A: Our trainers will work with you and offer modifications to fit your limitations. Everyone will have a chance to do the workout before they commit to the program. This give participants the chance to try all the exercises and see what the whole program is about. If you can do 75% or more of the exercise, even if you modify them, this program is for you!

 

Q: "Are all the exercises done outdoors?"
A: No. We do both indoor and outdoor exercises utilizing all our fitness tools and obstacles to keep the class exciting and fun. Our desire is give you the best workout of your life without it ever being boring.

 

Q: What is different about boot camp verses a fitness class?

A: Accountability, camaraderie and support. You will be in a tight group of peers who will have your back. They will care if you are not there and they will root you on when you think you can't continue. The program will help you stick to your goals and teach you everything you need to succeed.

 

Minimum Requirements:

1. Participants must not have any injuries or limitations and be in good physical health (this does not mean you have to be physically fit - you just have to be healthy).

2. Participants must attend 3 out of the 5 classes a week. (Certain aerobics classes will count for make-up classes)

3. Participants must log in 6 miles a week. (ie: walking, jogging or elliptical cross trainer)
