THE NEXT 6-WEEK YOGA BOOT CAMP WILL KICK OFF IN JANUARY!

 

 

PROGRAM DETAILS

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Yoga Boot Camp requires a minimum of 4 Yoga Boot Camp Sessions a week plus 9 miles of cardiovascular exercise including walking, jogging or elliptical cross trainer. Cardiovascular training can be done inside or outside at your convenience.

 

PROGRESS TRACKING:

Boot Campers will be given a physical ability test of 4 challenging yoga postures to gage progress through out Boot Camp. These postures will help track changes in full body strength, coordination, balance, flexibility and stamina. This physical ability test will be taken the first, fourth and final week. In addition, 3 InBody Reports will be given the first, fourth and final weeks, which will track changes in body fat, lean muscle, metabolism, water weight and overall body weight.

 

BOOT CAMP SCHEDULE:

Yoga Boot Camps are held: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays at the time of your choice.

Choose from: 6:30am squad, 9:00am squad or 6:00pm squad.

Bonus Boot Camp sessions and workshops (referred to as Platoon Training and Special Ops Training) will be offered in addition to the 4 team classes a week.

 

YOGA BOOT CAMP DEFINITIONS:

Yoga Squads are a set group of people who will work together over the entire 6 weeks.

Yoga Platoon Training is when all Yoga Squads come together for the bonus yoga training, which will be offered in addition to the squad time you select.

Special Ops Training will be select opportunities to learn more specialized Yoga training where you will be introduced to more challenging poses or specialized exercises like meditation, breathing or inversions.

Shelley Adelle is a former farm girl from Texas and military brat. Once overweight, Shelley used Yoga to help her transform her own body, mind and spirit. Trained under Jonathon Fields, at Sonic Yoga Center for Yoga Studies in New York City, Shelley had the privilege to receive training under some of the world's top teachers. Recently relocating from Manhattan, Shelley brings her extensive background in yoga and love of life to each and every class.
